GameOdds provides AI-generated analysis, win probabilities and predictions for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the service is betting or financial advice, and outcomes are never guaranteed. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the service.

Free and paid plans include different numbers of AI analyses. Limits are enforced server-side. Paid plans bought by card, where offered, renew automatically until cancelled. Plans bought with crypto cover a fixed period and do not renew (see below).

Where offered, a plan can be paid in SOL or USDC on the Solana network. Such a payment buys a fixed period (30 days per month purchased, 365 days for the annual plan) at the USD price shown, converted at the rate quoted when the invoice is created and locked for 15 minutes. The plan activates once the transfer is finalized on the network and ends at the end of the period unless you pay again; we remind you before it ends.

Crypto payments are final and non-refundable. Network fees are borne by you. Transfers that do not include the payment reference, are sent to another address or in another token, or arrive after the quote expired may not be recognised automatically; contact us with the transaction signature. We never hold your funds or your wallet keys.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, or access data that is not yours. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
